Please measure the circumference of your dog's neck just above their collar to find the best fit. Tie/snap on bandanas are sized as follows:

Small - can fit necks up to 12"
Medium - can fit necks up to 17"
Large - can fit necks up to 23"

The tie on bandanas come with a snap closure. The snaps are placed approximately 1/2" in from the tying edges. If you find that the bandana is slightly large when only using the snap, you can tie the bandana first and then snap for a secure fit.

All tie on bandanas are double sided, meaning no raw edges. Please allow for slight variations in sizes.

Over the collar bandanas are meant to be worn in conjunction with your pet's collar. This style of bandana should cover 1/2 to 2/3 of the length of your pet's collar. Best practice is to measure the length of your pet's collar to determine the best bandana size before ordering.

Over the collar bandanas are sized as follows:

X-Small - 7" Wide x 5.5" Long
Small - 8.5" Wide x 6.5" Long
Medium - 10" Wide x 7.5" Long
Large - 11.5" Wide x 8.5" Long
X-Large - 13" Wide x 9.5" Long

All slip on bandanas have a 2" opening to accommodate a collar up to 1.5" wide. These bandanas do not work well with slip on collars, martingale collars that do not have a buckle, and most e-collars.

Please allow for slight variations in sizes. Note that hand frayed flannels will be slightly longer than the length listed.

Please check each listing for specific care instructions. As a general rule of thumb:

Cotton Bandanas (with no vinyl): spot clean, hand wash gently, or machine wash on gentle cycle with like colors (I prefer to put my bandanas in a mesh delicates bag when machine washing). Air dry. Iron as needed.

Bandanas with Vinyl Add On: spot clean or hand wash gently in cold water. Air dry. When ironing, please iron on the reverse side (the side that does not have vinyl), and use caution to not let the iron sit too long in one area is it can affect the glue adhering the vinyl.

Flannel Bandanas and Infinity Scarves: spot clean or hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Iron as needed.

Bow Ties and Lady Bows: spot clean or hand wash in cold water for prolonged care. Air dry. Iron as needed.

Almost every Winnie and the Hound product is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your piece(s) to be created and shipped. Most packages ship USPS Ground Advantage and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the package is ready. You should expect to receive your package 5-7 days after the ship date, depending on your location and postal service delivery estimates.

Orders over $70 are eligible for free shipping. In instances of free shipping discounts, all orders will ship USPS Ground Advantage.

Please note: processing times are not the same as shipping times. My processing time is currently 3-5 business days. The shipping time is the amount of time it will take for your package to arrive once shipped, which is dependent on the shipping method chosen at check out.  

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. Once the package is dropped off at the local post office, it is unfortunately out of my hands. However, in the event of a lost, missing or delayed package, please send me a message! I will always work with you and do my best to try to find your package.

Please always double check that the shipping address entered on your order is correct, including any unit or apartment numbers! If you notice the wrong shipping address was entered on your order, please contact me immediately. If your package has not shipped, I can easily update the shipping address. If a package is returned to me (“Return to Sender”) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay for shipping to be reship the order. In the instance of a Return to Sender, you can opt for refund and not reship, but you will be refunded for your order less the original shipping paid.

As each piece is handmade for you to order, I do not currently accept returns. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I want to make sure you love your Winnie and the Hound pieces!

All orders will ship in a mailer envelope or box, depending on the size of the order. Items will be wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in the mailer/box. This flat-pack method saves considerable shipping costs, which in turn keeps your shipping price as low as possible!

At this time, I only ship within the United States.
